Get fit and have fun in our Salsa fitness classes! Perfect for beginner level/non-dancers.
Through learning basic Salsa fundamentals week to week in and fun set exercises you will increase your fitness, core and upper/lower body strength, body movement and happiness!
Get fit, meet new friends and have some fun every Tuesday morning led by our awesome instructor Elysia.
Everyone is welcome! No dance experience necessary. Comfortable gym attire/aerobics recommended.
